Awww...

This is the post that I need to come back to read in the event that Rex and I get in a fight.

This morning I was running late and forgot to bring a lunch to work. Rex must have noticed, because he made me an extraordinarily large lunch and surprised me with it at KAMSC. He also made himself a lunch, and he sat and ate with me! He packed me way more food than I could eat, but he's a guy. I think he is used to packing larger lunches. I felt pleasantly overwhelmed with food. Also, he covered my brown paper lunch bag in hearts. I think it really added a little punch to an otherwise boring sack.

Then, a few hours later, I came home from work to discover a vase full of lilies, some chocolates, earrings, and a love note!!! I immediately wondered what I had forgotten, but after going through a mental checklist (Christmas? Valentines Day? Anniversary?) I discovered that I had not forgotten any special day, but rather there is just a very good chance that Rex likes me. :-) And you know what? I think I just may like him back...
